School of Traffic, Northeast Forestry University, Heilongjiang Harbin 150040 China ) Abstract In this paper, in order to efficiently collect and use solar energy, the authors designed a physical device and sys- tem can be used for solar energy automatic tracking light in micro-plant factory. From three aspects of mechanical design, nbsp;hardware circuit design and design of solar energy automatic tracking light, the authors introduced hardware and software con- stitution of this system, and expounded workflow and software flow of solar energy automatic tracking light. Then, the au- thors determined design scheme of algorithm of solar energy automatic tracking light, and designed hardware circuits of this nbsp;system, including light intensity measuring circuit, voltage regulator circuit of power management system and double-shaft DC nbsp;motor drive system circuit. In the end, the authors pointed out that the system realized closed-loop control of double-shaft DC nbsp;motor, which may greatly improve accuracy and efficiency of automatic tracking light and has important strategic significance nbsp;on solving energy problems by fully exploiting and utilizing solar energy.
